• When you sign up for OllieBot or modify your account information, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, contact names and phone numbers, and any other information you enter into our website or mobile applications. When modifying your plan or updating your payment information, we collect that payment and contact information to process your subscription to our service. We do not store your financial information on our servers.
• Whenever you use any website, mobile application, or other internet service, certain information gets created and logged automatically. The same is true for OllieBot. Some of the data we collect through these processes include:
  • device information such as the type of device you are using and information about your operating system and/or browser
  • log information including how our service is used and what pages are visited

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

• To identify you when you use OllieBot, and process your transactions
• To conduct analytics on OllieBot usage to improve the service and offer new features

How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use 'cookies'?

OllieBot uses cookies for website functionality including keeping you logged in. We also use third party services, such as such as Google Analytics and RreCAPTCHA, which use their own cookies to track your activity across the website to help us improve our service and website security.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Deleting your data

You may delete any of your personal data from OllieBot. If you delete data, it is deleted immediately from the database. However, it may remain in a backup until that backup is deleted. Our current backups are deleted after 90 days. We do not keep any data beyond backups that are required for emergency recovery purposes.
