When a reminder gets sent to one of your contacts, it includes the following prefix:

If your plan includes branded messaging, you can customize the prefix on all of your reminders. To do this, visit your profile settings, input a value for "SMS Prefix", and click "Update". This will overwrite the prefix that goes out. Test this out by sending yourself a reminder.
