When a reminder is sent, OllieBot will select a phone number from our pool of numbers to send it from.
If your plan includes a custom local number, you can pick a number your text messages will be sent from. If you are sending text messages to customers, you are required to have your own number to send from. To customize your phone number, use the dropdown at the top right of the page, click Numbers. Click Add a number. Type in your local area code and hit tab or tap away from the field. The number selection box will populate with available phone numbers. Select one and click "Add number". Your reminders will now send from this number.
